At MLM Product Supplier, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently to your doorstep anywhere in India.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order dispatch, delivery timelines, and related terms.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver products across all major cities and towns in India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders received after business hours are processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier service availability:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values (as displayed on the product page).

  • For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

  • Large or bulk orders may incur additional handling or freight charges, which will be communicated in advance.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver on time, there may be rare instances of delay due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Courier service disruptions (weather, strikes, logistics issues)

If delivery fails due to such reasons, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund (after deducting applicable logistics charges).


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged, open, or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the package from the delivery agent.

  • Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@mlmproductsupplier.in with your Order ID and images of the package.
    We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Bulk or Special Orders

For bulk, corporate, or customized orders, shipping timelines may differ based on product quantity, location, and supplier availability.
Our team will provide specific details during order confirmation.
