Refund Policy

At MLM Product Supplier, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to assist you with a return, replacement, or refund as per the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and invoices intact.

Products not eligible for return include:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Consumable or perishable products (e.g., health supplements).

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@mlmproductsupplier.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will verify the request and provide return shipping instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.


3. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement over a refund:

  • Replacement will be provided only for the same product originally ordered.

  • If the product is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative product or a full refund.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay — the same payment gateway used for your purchase.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs will be your responsibility.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Contact your bank or Razorpay support (as some processing times may vary).
    If the issue persists, please contact us at support@mlmproductsupplier.in and we’ll assist you immediately.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it can only be processed under the return policy guidelines mentioned above.
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at support@mlmproductsupplier.in with your Order ID.
